Here, I would like to introduce how I spend my daily life in the lab.
I belong to the imaging group, and my work can be mainly divided into three parts:
1. 骨髄移植前のマウスへの全身照射 (TBI)、全骨髄照射 (TMI)
2. 共焦点顕微鏡を用いた蛍光染色画像の取得、解析
3. Clinical dataの解析
1. Performing Total Body Irradiation (TBI) and Total Marrow Irradiation (TMI) for mice prior to Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT)
2. Acquiring and analyzing images using a confocal microscope
3. Analyzing clinical data, such as patient DECT or MRI images
In particular, I have been focusing on Sickle Cell Disease (SCD), which is a genetic disorder. My research examines the effects of TMI‑BMT on the bone marrow microenvironment.

特に私は鎌状赤血球症（Sickle Cell Disease: SCD）という遺伝子疾患に対するTMIや骨髄移植の骨髄微小環境内への作用について研究を行っています。
