Request of Past Exam Paper of Graduate Programs (*This service is for the person who has physical address in Japan only

Applicant can receive the latest past exam paper (FY 2025) i) at the Department of Student Affairs, Office for Division of Health Sciences directly or ii) by mail (NOT e-mail)

In case that you request sending it by mail, prepare an blank envelope for reply with pasting a stamp (110 yen for one type of Exam Papers, 180 yen for two or three types of Exam Papers) and write your physical address in Japan on it, and send it to the address below:

*DO NOT forget to choose your requesting course from A to E below and make sure to write one of them on the envelope:

  • A: Area of Integrated Health and Nursing Science, Doctoral Program (First Semester) ※Japanese Only
  • B: Area of Medical Imaging Technology and Science, Doctoral Program (First Semester) ※Japanese Only
  • C: Area of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Doctoral Program (First Semester) ※Japanese Only
  • D: Area of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Doctoral Program (Second Semester) ※Japanese version
  • E: Area of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Doctoral Program (Second Semester) ※English version
  • ※The Area of Integrated Health and Nursing Science and The Area of Medical Imaging Technology and Science do not have a written examination in the entrance examination for the Doctoral Program (Second Semester)
