Diagnostic imaging technology is advancing day by day, and our mission is to consider how the latest technology can be used in clinical practice. As diagnostic equipment becomes more sophisticated, higher resolution and contrast images can be obtained, making it possible to diagnose diseases that were difficult to diagnose in the past. In addition, the application of new imaging techniques will make it possible to elucidate pathological conditions and classify the risk of disease onset.
Our laboratory is mainly engaged in optimizing CT and MRI images and evaluating their diagnostic performance. We will also conduct research to elucidate disease pathogenesis of the disease and classify disease risk based on quantitative analysis.
